I was born on june 8th 1983 in port washington wisconsin at st. alphonsus (SP?) hospital. I was adopted six weeks after i was born. I had some papers that stated that i had a sister but of course i don't know any names.

I don't know any info... I want to say the paper said that the sister that I had was a few years older than me. It was so long ago that i got to see those papers... I was in elementary school. Sorry. :o(

You may want to try the website ICARE which not only is a registry for adoptees and bfamily for Wisconsin but also has some VERY skilled search angels. You can also contact the State of Wisconsin Adoption Records Search Program P.O. Box 8916 Madison, WI 53708-8916 If you were adopted from the State.. they will do the search for you (there is a charge but if you are unable to pay I think there is a sliding scale for payment) If you were adopted through an agency then the state will refer your search to that agency and there may or may not be a charge.
