7/14/1978, baby girl, Italian decent

I am helping my friend try and locate her birth parents. She was born at Missouri Baptist Hospital. Her birth mother is Italian and college educated. She was adopted through Catholic Charites. Her Father was also of Italian decent. Not much to go on but that's all we have.
