Foster Parents Who Hire Attorneys

I have a question of my own on this topic. DCFS removed a child from our home based on DCP investigations on another child that were eventually unfounded. We had to hire a lawyer and become a party of the court to get her back. She is thankfully adopted. We are still licensed foster parents and have an opening but have not received a call since making a motion to intervene in court. We used to get at least a call every month. We tried to transfer our license to a private agency but we’re denied. Has anyone ever successfully continued to foster after having to fight DCFS at the circuit court?
