My FS has been TPR'd!! :)

Now waiting for the appeal time to go through - BioMom did not show to the TPR hearing and forfeited her rights. FS (14 years old) is not surprised with the outcome and seems genuinely happy (actually downright giddy) that we have asked him if he want us to adopt him (we wanted him to make the choice) -- finally a sense of permanency for him. :rockband:
