New Horizons for Children currently has 50+ children available for hosting. The children are 5-15 years old from Latvia and Russia and will arrive mid-December 2007 and leave mid-January 2008. This is a host only program -- there is no pressure to adopt although adoption is usually possible following the hosting program. No agency is required for adoption from Latvia.
