Looking for ANY search suggestions

I've posted on here many times. My name is Rachel (adopted name), I was born in Houston, TX on 10/15/87 at Jefferson Davis Hospital. I believe I have my non-ID info (some papers I found in a box in my parents' room years ago), so I do know more, but nothing too helpful in my searching. At this point, I am willing to do anything to aid my search. I would like suggestions on how to petition the court for info, or anything else. Costly or not. I have already registered in many online places, and with ISSR. It is clear no one is looking for me so I need to take matters into my own hands. Thanks for any help or information.
