I just finished reading "Between Sundays" by Karen Kingsbury. It's a great book. Actually, I've never found one of her books that I didn't think was great. She's a Christian fiction author who is absolutely amazing. Anyway, her newest book is "Between Sundays" and is about an NFL football player who wants to make a difference for foster kids. It specifically talks a lot about the issues facing older foster kids who age out of the system.
I am going to have to check out this author. My mom came to visit a couple weeks ago and brought me an article about her. I saw mom this last weekend and she said she has since read three of her books, all good.

I love Karen Kingsbury, me oldest tells me I am an addict of her books. My favorite is Like Dandelion Dust. About an adopted little boy. I also loved Divine, that was a little harder read because it was so tragic, but it turned out good in the end.
mamaofmany,
I agree about Like Dandelion Dust. It was very good. Did you know they are making it into a movie? They are also turning A Thousand Tomorrows and Gideon's Gift into movies.
I know this is an old post but I love all of karen kingsbury books. I read them all and have got almost every single book that she has written. She is a great author.
