Hi my name is Tammy and we are looking into using Adoption Associates. We are open to biracial infants and were wondering how your experience was. If they have drug/alcohol free birth mothers and how they guided you through the hospital process and finalization? I'm wondering about how much it is going to cost with all the fees? Congratulations on your successful adoption!! It is encouraging to see that there are success stories out there. I saw that you were able to give others some information on Barbara Casey and Adoption Associates, LLC. I was hoping you could help me out as well. Specifically, we are looking at adopting through the domestic african-american/biracial program. We are a transracial couple. We are also a non-resident of MI. Any info. you may have would be helpful. We are most interested in cost, extra travel due to being out of state, what the agency is like to work with, speed of process etc.. ok everything I guess haha! Please PM me - Thank you!

Wannabemommy, Not sure if the Adoption Associates you are talking of and the one am with are the same. The one am working with is in PA and they work with people all over the US. Reg cost, this is the only agency I have worked with and I found it in line with what research I did online. It definitely is on the higher side of normal. Again for an AA/biracial program it might be lesser. I am not sure.
Reg speed, they do match pretty quickly if you are willing accept a certain level of risk. Feel free to PM me.
