So I've really been working on helping little guy understand about his big bro J's other bro and sis that are in his life now. Little guy is 6 and until now it's just not computing. Today he asked "where's your mommy?" So I said "San Diego." I asked him "where's your mommy?" He said "Right here!"I asked him "where's J's mommy?" He said "I don't know." I said "Right here. I'm J's mommy too!""But how does he have a sister? Was J born to you?""No. I adopted him and raised him.""Oh. So she was his first mom and you're his second mom." Yeah. So he gets it now.
