Fastest Country to adopt from

I'd guess Ethiopia. Definitely not an Asian country, European countries require extensive travel (by and large), Guatemala is temporarily closed, so that pretty much leaves African countries, Haiti and Columbia. Columbia has very long in country times. I think Ethiopia would be the way to go. Also very low in cost, comparitively.
