HBV! You know a wife swap family!?!?! I used to watch this one a LOT but it's dwindled for me now...
Yes. Remember the family that had no debt, brushed/flossed their kids teeth and made everyone take showers no longer than 2 songs on the CD? They live down the street from us. I used to babysit the dad when he was a kid, and both were a few years behind me in school with older siblings my age. I am afraid that watching them was what led to this sad, sad addiction.
We watch SuperNanny, too. (blush) If H is in the room with us, he will stop and watch when one of the kids gets a time out.

I cannot wait for Top Chef's new season! My whole family watches this show and my kids are now "experts" on food. Never mind they have never had a truffle or a lot of the other foods they see on there.
Hell's Kitchen is a great show too and I also like Ramsay's Kitchen Nightmares on the BBC America channel. As soon as the kids hear all the censor beeping, they say "You are watching Gordon again, right?":eyebrows:

I am not ashamed. I mean, I probably should be considering the list I'm about to throw out to the internetz but, hey, I've got no pride. I'm just a birth mom. ;)
My Sad, Sad List of TV Loves:
1. One Tree Hill (ZOMG! DON'T HIRE THE HOT NANNY!)
2. America's Next Top Model (I <3 Tyra.)
3. Ghosthunters (Husband turned me on to it.)
4. Mythbusters (I'm a geek. What can I say?)
5. Deadliest Catch (See? I'm awesome.)
6. Anything Dateline.
7. The Office. (That's not embarrassing but, ZOMG, I love John Krasinski.)
8. Anything Law & Order, especially SVU.
9. Rescue Me.
10. Dude, have you WATCHED "The Moment of Truth" yet? Man, nothing good can come of that show.
11. The Tyra Banks Show. Yeah. I DVR it.
12. American Idol. So?
So, not all of those are secret or embarrassing. But I listed all my favs. :)

Then I add Project Runway, Top Chef, Real World/Road Rules Challenge (does anyone but me still watch those? I doubt it!) - and probably more that I can't even think to admit to right now - so you're in very good company Jenna!

- Ghost Hunters even tho half of them drive me nuts (Not so much anymore since they shipped the most irritating off to GH International)
- Anthony Bourdain, No Reservations: Appeals to my super-secret "Bad Boy" attraction :eyebrows:
- Everest: Beyond the Limit - I actually search out those who will discuss and debate this show with me. CAN NOT get enough

How about the ladies on BBC that clean filthy houses - "How Clean is your House?" or Dr. Jillian on "You are What You Eat". I also DVR "Intervention" on A & E. Oh, and I love "Big Medicine" on Discovery Health. Makes my DH crazy.

I watched one episode of GHI and was happy that Brian went over because I do not like him at all.
