The only good I can see is if the mom changes her mind after birth the government will repay the adoptive parents for the medical costs they have paid.
But, what are the loopholes the moms have to jump through to get their babies back if they change their minds?!

I think I nearly threw up my corn dog (yeah I'm a five year old and like corn dogs, rofl.)
That has to be one of the most nauseating things I have ever read.... talk about promoting inequality and stupidity....
I think what appalled me was the number of people who commenting on the article who think it's a good idea!

The responses to that original article are absolutely horrifying. Ugh. Twelve weeks? Make the decision at TWELVE WEEKS? And how terrifying is it that so many people are saying that they're praying for this to become law in the U.S.??
*nods* Twelve weeks. Of course, at twelve weeks, I was set on parenting as I hadn't yet taken a turn for the worse health wise. But that first trimester is such a panic-stricken time in general! UGH.
