Let's let Crick decide. I'd say no...because I am sure she isn't going to pay for her own ticket, pay for her own expenses etc.But, Crick's call.

I pm'd her to see if it was a fee based service and she did confirm that she'd charge her ticket out there and a discount translator fee. I informed her we can't solicit for business and especially not adoption related business. I have deleted her thread. In a way, it's sad because I'm sure there are families out there that could really use her and save money and of course, she gets the ability to get back out to Russia to do her humanitarian work. However...just can't allow one or we'd face the mess of all the others, most of which would not be for anything but their own total profit.
