My ex has not seen or spoken to our son in over 2 years. I have been trying to get the child support he pays increased but they cannot find him. However with that said he does deposit some support into my account every month. Will a judge see this as a reason to fight code 8604??
My son is 15 and really wants his stepdad to adopt him.
