Hi folks,
Well, the judge ruled in our favor yesterday, and asked the prosecutor to write a statement that she would not appeal. The prosecutor refused to do that, and said she needed more time to look over everything. So, the judge pressed her and asked her to have her decision (whether she would appeal or not) by Friday. So, we are now in Warsaw with "our" child but nothing is official yet until we know for sure which way the prosecutor is going to go. We've learned that this is the prosector's first adoption case.
I'll let you know what happens Friday. UGH.

OK, one down, one to go. The prosecutor is a rookie - yuck. You're in Warsaw - yeah!
We'll be praying Thursday night, which is your Friday.
Don't lose heart, and keep us posted!
Sending lots of prayers your way. Congratulations on the small victory, praying for better news before Friday :)
There was an appeal. We are coming home this weekend. Thanks for your thoughts and prayers. We believe this was not meant to be. We are crushed and torn up about the whole thing. Anyway, just wanted to let you all know.
This has sucked the breath out of me - I can only imagine what you must be going through. Please know that we will continue praying for your aching hearts - all of them.

All my best to your family, and the little girl. What a trying time, I can't imagine the difficulty your family has gone through. My thoughts are with all of you!
