I am helping a friend of mine search for her birth family. Her date of birth is 3-8-64. She has recieved non-identifying infrmation so we know a little bit about the circumstances. Her birthmother was 20yrs old and was of irish catholic descent. Her BM was in St. Anthony's home for unwed mothers prior to the birth (1963) and gave birth at St. Mary's Hospital, both located in Kansas City, Missouri. Dr. Brown was the attending physician and Dr. Niame was the pediatrician. She was adopted through Catholic Charities, St. Joseph Missouri. Her BM was the youngest of 6 children (4 brothers, 1 sister). We also know that her maternal grandmother was a real estate agent and that her maternal grandfather died at 41 yrs old with lukemia.
Her birthfather was 19 at the time and had a 4 year stint in the Navy starting in 1963.
