Hi everyone,
I was wondering if everyone would mind, for the sake of reference, saying the date they were first entered into the MOJ registry and if they re-registered, that date as well?

Re-registered: Febuary 2008

we heard from our agency this week that 2 families received referrels through TOL and they were for a 4 yr old girl who has correctable vision issues and a sibling group of boys ages 7 and 8. I believe that were submitted this year sometime too. So looks good if you want older children or special needs.

Our registration date is Nov 24, 2008.
Hoping to have our little girl in the next 18 months...but not sure if that is realistic.

Everyone.
We are just getting started and at the process of investigating agencies. Who has everyone gone through stateside? We have reviewed a couple, St. Mary's and All God's Children.

Congrats Splinter: We would have been registerd by now too but MOJ requested one more piece of paper, which we mailed today. Hopefully we will be registered soon for a boy. I am praying this time next year we will have a referral. Keep us all posted about any news Splinter. Any news makes us feel better that things are moving:)

You asked for an update. I have today, March 12, 2009, received a letter from my Bulgarian agency saying that I should soon have a referral. So as yet, no referral.
I do know of one referral that has cleared the court and should now be all finalized that went through in December 2008.

My agency told me the same thing -- referrals are expected soon. There is a big meeting on March 19th and more information will be available.

Exciting...keep us updated!!! Curious to see what happens after the March 19th meeting.
Our dossier is through translation in Bulgaria and we are waiting to receive our registration number (hopefully shortly has been 4 1/2 weeks since through translation).

Hi, I just received a phone call from my agency with the news yesterday. We are registered as of March 5, 2009. I'm giving it a year timeframe to wait so hopefully by this time next year the wait will be over. It seems that things are moving much more quickly so that is great for all of us officially waiting.
