I missed this one

Okay I had been following this one pretty closely but then the OA thread, and the Mom's giving MY daughter a car thread and a variety of other things came up yesterday and I completley missed this one [url]http://forums.adoption.com/general-adoptive-parent-support/338864-stopping-visits-oa-support-please-3.html[/url] It's Mani again stirring the pot. What i find interesting is that posters will argue about anything. They are not arguing about closing the adoption (which I thought would be the case) BUT about addiction, terminology and Mani and her I am so perfect everyone else sucks stuff. I am not sure if some of the stuff needs to be edited or I should just post a warning or if it's just going to get back on track or if it's really okay. After all the posts last night I read with people bickering, I am very confused! On a personal note it's hard for me to read about Drug/Alcohol use during pregnancy because we are pretty sure Em was exposed but we will probably never know to what extent. We are in a closed adoption (open was never an option for us - we were not given that choice) but still what Mani is saying makes me just feel bad for all firstmoms (including Em's). Okay I'm done rambling. Can someone please let me know if I need to do ANOTHER "befrickinnice" post. (That would be FOUR on various threads on GAPS since last night)
