Want experience in the adoption field

Hi, My name is Erin. I am currently a student at the University of Idaho, and have been researching career paths. I would love to get experience at an adoption agency. I will be done with school May 2009, and would love to get involved right after. Let me know where there are opportunities. Or if there is a source I can look up such job opportunities please let me know. Also, I want to know if it is preferred that individuals interested in working at an adoption agency should have an AA or BA in Social Work? Thanks!
