I was born 5/11/79 in Princeton, IL. I am interested in medical information now that I am older and have sent my information to the vital records department to no avail.

You were NOT born at Perry Hospital, you were born at Perry MEMORIAL Hospital! I used to live a couple blocks from there growing up!

I lived in Princeton for 10 years - from 70 to 80. Very familiar with Perry Memorial - which to nit pick was The Julia Rackley Perry Memorial Hospital! LOL

I remember looking at the circles that were on the front of the hospital before the remodeling and always thought they looked like two pieces of bologna up there!!!!
