Agency recommendations?

I am having a harder time researching for this adoption than I did with the last due to the Hague mess, and agencies I thought were stellar proving to be otherwise. Can anyone pm me if their agency is either:1) excellent, you totally love them, they are accredited by the Hague, you havne't heard any horror stories?? 2) they are a disaster even though you thought they would be great, and you would never recommend them? I have a couple of different "top" choices (I'm not sure if I am allowed to name them here?) that I can't seem to distinguish between them, and therefore I can't make up my mind! The agency we used for our China adoption didn't get accredited by Hague so we can't use them again:(.
