Looking for Brother born September 5, 1990

I am looking for my brother he was born september 5, 1990 we were both adopted but at different times. I was put up for adoption as a baby and was adopted in Pennsyylvania. He was put up for adoption in Arizona but i do not know when. William Andrew /unknown of last name/.
