I am having difficulty locating agencies licensed to facilitate adoptions in Poland. Would someone please PM me or just write some names of agencies, if you are allowed? Thanks! We live in Maryland.

Welcome. Hopefully you will get some PM's soon. I will try to do that later, I have only a second or two now. If you do a search typing in adoption and Poland you will probably find some. Be sure to ask for recent references.
