That sometimes we are adoptive families too. That we are educated, that we don't use drugs or drink heavily. Mostly, that we change, our lives get better, and you will have to explain that to your child and you may have to explain that we are parenting other children and that those are good things.

That we're no different than they are. I'm tired of being judged because of my daughter's placement. I am a successful woman. I am an amazing wife. And I'm an outstanding mother. Darn it! ;)
