Are There Any Agencies Accepting Singles?

I've been wondering if there are any adoption agency working in Taiwan still accepting singles. Most of the ones I have talked to stopped accepting singles because of the sudden interest in Taiwan. Special needs is not a problem to me since most of them are mild or moderate anyways. As always, thank you so much for your help and advice!
