ISO birth mother female born 1/21/86 mount vernon

I'm searching for my birth mother. I was born in Mount Vernon, NY on 1/21/86. My adoption was handled through the Family Services of Westchester in White Plains, NY. At the time of my birth, my birth mother was 18 years old. The information I have about her says she is about 4'10" tall, of Italian descent, and is Catholic. She left me a small gold cross as something to remember her by. My birth father was 24 at the time of my birth, a High School graduate and worked at a carnival. He is a twin who was separated from his brother when they were babies after their parents died in a car accident.
