ISO Sibling Born 1974 in Long Island New York

This is my ID- the only info I have to go on is that I had a sibling born in 1974 to my birthmother- If your ID matches mine (cept of course for my birthdate in 1975) please let me know. I was born 7/25/75 in Port Jefferson LI. I was supposedly a "home birth" - possibly born at Regina Residence? My birthname may have been Katherine or Catherine and my nickname may have been "Princess". I had auburn hair and blue eyes at birth, and for several months afterwards. My adopted parents adopted me through Nassau County Social Services and they brought me home on Oct 31st 1975. From my NYS Non ID: My Mom was 16, Italian and German 56 (very surprising to me since Im so short at 5Ғ3) medium brown hair, hazel eyes, medium complexion. Father was 18, Italian and Austrian 57 blonde hair blue eyes Also seeking information on sibling:

So any italian/german people born in 1974 whos mom (or birthmom) fits the above description that was probably born in Long Island, NY and possibly adopted out there ?

(yep, i know that narrows it down huh?) From My Nassau County Non Id: My birth mom was an only child, a single white catholic girl born in 1959. Goes through her height, weight, age - says she was an excellent student, above average intelligence, artistic and musical and had gallbladder problems that both her mom & grandmom had. Nothing really more on Birthdad- just that he was athletic and quite musical. It also says my birthmotherҒs parents insisted on adoption, and my birth grandmother and birth father both signed statements requesting I was raised catholic. Unfortunately, there is no further info available.
