Waiting children in private agencies

I do know of one agency that usually have infants waiting for homes. You didn't specify which ethnicity you were looking for but most of the babies that I saw waiting for adoption were of CC decent and some times Hispanic, AA/CC or Hispanic/AA. All of them were exposed to alcohol and drugs in utero and a few are at-risk for mental/emotional health disorders so if your open to this type of child just PM me.
