I'm sure a lot of you out there are anxiously awaiting your I-800A approval. As I understand it, they are now processing August applications but haven't started September yet. Has anyone with a September LID heard any word that they are being reviewed? For those of you who have been reviewed or approved, what has your timeline looked like? I thought I'd start a "poll" to find out where things stand with USCIS. My stats are below.

We submitted ours on 7/17/2008 - rejected for home study updates on 11/13/2008.
Finally approved yesterday...yeay!!!!

Just a quick update... we got the biometrics done today!
11-20-08 Sent I800a to Chicago
12-08-08 Notice of Acknowledgment recieved from USCIS
12-19-08 Appointment biometrics for USCIS

We filed in August and are finalizing with NBC.
(Home Study was not filed until October - mistake)
Anyone recommend an agency for the Colombia part - we are looking at siblings upto age 8.

Another update: we got approved!!!
They received our application on 11/18 and it was approved on 01/27, only 69 days!!!!
