Born Nov. 24, 1970 in Virginia - Male in search of Birth Parents

My adopted name is Jody Wayne Simpson. I was born on November 24, 1970 in Manassass, Virginia. I also have a sister Deanne who was also adopted, but I have found her. I have black hair and green/hazel eyes. My foster parents were Nancy Gean Waters and James Simpson. I am in search of my birthparents. Anyone with any helpful information please contact me. I am now located in Kentucky, but am willing to do what I can to find my birth parents. There are things I need to know for my childrens' sake.
