Were you born in Minnesota 1975?

I am searching for a sibling I know was born in Minnesota in 1975. They were adopted thru Catholic Charities. I have no other information than that. My mother was a pregnant Catholic teen, and the child was taken from her at birth. She doesn't know if it was a boy or girl. They were most likely born at St. Joseph's/Seton Center. Any help in narrowing down, even one person at a time, is incredibly appreciated!
