I was born on April 30, 1987 in Richmond, VA. I don't have a lot of information to go by except for a letter that my birth mother wrote to my parents explaining why she gave me up for adoption. She was 18 at the time, gave birth to me in the ambulance on the way to the hospital, and referred to me as "Amanda" because that is apparently what the nurses called me.
