Seeking Birth Parents I was born 5/14/1967

MY name is David I was born at Hammond-Henry Hospital in Geneseo, Illinois on May 14, 1967 and adopted at birth. I am searching for my biological parents mainly for Family medical history and partially for curiousity. We have some medical conditions between myself and children that are not common on my wifes side of the family and would like some guidence getting on the right path to locating them without paying fees for services that say they will help but cannot. Looking forward to hearing some feedback to get me on the right track. Thank you
