I am looking at several agencies in Texas: Adoption Angels, Abrazo, and Adoption Access. Could anyone please PM me information on any one of them - good or bad.

We adopted our daughter thru Abrazo. They are a licensed, reputable non-profit agency which promotes open adoptions. Potential adoptive couples must have medically documented infertility, be 25 years old or older, and be married for one year. Single adults may adopt thru their Special Needs program, which typically include those children harder to place, such as toddlers, and full African-American infants.
For more info, you can go to their web site Abrazo Adoption Associates | San Antonio, Texas and fill out an initial inquiry. Upon review and acceptance, you would be required to attend an orientation weekend in San Antonio. This weekend is well worth the time because it will give you all the information you need to get started on your adoption journey.
Good luck!
