I would say that the link in post #2 needs to go as it is a link to the poster's professional site as he is essentally touting his own services. In his other three posts he has just offered advice but not linked to his site, so I am assuming just a warning is fine and not a ban? Since he didn't exactly join just to advertise.

Though the way my kids are acting today, I may call him first as we are seriously in the need of a behaviorist today! It is going to be a long weekend the way things are going so far!
I'm okay with links provided they are relevant to a poster's situation and they are actually active members. Only when people join for the sole purpose of advertising, is when it's not okay.
Since his other posts are helpful, and he does state he's a behavorist but does NOT link to anything etc., it's a fine line because he hasn't posted since November and isn't really an "active" member.
Hmmm...let's just pm him and let him know he can put his link in his profile.
I lean towards spammer, but sometimes I'm wrong...;)
