I am looking for my brother born in Niles. I found an ad the other day on adopteeconnect.com in Michigan. His name is Joel J Smith and says that he was born in May 1973 and was in foster care for a bit. Might be worth a try. Also, he stated that he was biracial. So that may be a clue also. Hope it helps.
