I have a grandpa that is 72 and is in bad health. The one thing he wants more than anything, is to find his son that was put up for adoption many years ago. All the info that I have gotten on him is that his name is Rodney and was born around '63! Any help would be great.
Some hints on other info you might be able to find:
Where was he born?
Do you know what his mothers name is/was?
(check marriage records if you only have a maiden name... because he may have found his mother already)
Or where the adoption took place?
If it was a private adoption or thru children services?
Try calling childrens services, especially if you know his mothers name.
Also, if you don't have her name, she may have named the father in the adoption records, but it was not put on the birth certificate.
