At the very first stages...looking to talk to non-faith-based agencies about Bulgaria

Looking for suggestions, success stories, pitfalls..... I've reached out to a number of agencies (rather blindly unfortunately) and, among other things have received some pretty divergent fee information. We're in TN so whatever agency we use has to be able to work with us out of state. If anyone has any information, it would be great to get the voices of experience!!! THANKS!
