Looking for adopted sister-1/12/87

Hi all, I'm searching for my adopted sister, she was born 1/12/1987 in Mckinney Texas. She was adopted through foster care. According to my mom, she had her for a few months and felt like her situration so she gave up my baby sister for a chance at a better life. She thinks the adoption took place in Oct. of 1987, but we are not 100% sure. I do know that her adoptive parents kept her first and middle name. I possibly have the adoptive parents first and last names as well. I'll give the initals of my sister, and if you know her or whatever please reply. Thanks. A.J.C.
