Translator Recommendation

Hi, I am trying to locate a translator in Colombia and contacted several. I've been quoted per page, if the only fee structure is per page my translation would be quite expensive. I would like to use one of those translators I read about, the ones that charge btw $300 and $400 to translate the dossier. Can anyone recommend a translator?
