It is for a retreat for people who have adopted via the foster care system. Should I have OP have people to PM her if interested in attending rather than giving all the info? I ask because there are $$$ involved.

Nah, it's fine.:) The monetary info isn't in her post that I see, so when people email the contact listed, they'll get that info then.
