Hello,Ladies,here newbie from the southwest..Married for about 15 years..Beautiful Birth six year old birth daughter,through IVF..Our Blessing..:flower: ,But After so many painful procedures,and a painful endometrosis and adhesions,Hysterectomy,was the only solution,at the age of 35...That was in 2005..And now my DH and I are looking foward to persuing foster care to adopt..we already filled all the paper work need it,and hopefully, they will let us kmow about the next classes,question..my daughter has ADD,A I would like to know if this will be a "obstacle" for to to adopt???,She is very bright and very sweet,and she is very looking foward to have a little brother or sister at home...Any advice would be apreciated..p.s.,Sorry for my english.. puertorrican lady still in training..God Bless,and thank you..:clap:
I don't think they could - it's more about your family dynamics and history than your childs ADD. Not comparing your child by any means with the children in the system, but it would be like the state saying if you adopted one special needs child you can't adopt anymore... it wouldn't make sense.
