So, there is this site "Great American Photo Contest" where you enter your kids picture to win prizes.
There rules state specifically: Participation constitutes full and unconditional agreement to, and acceptance of, these Official Rules. The Great American Photo Contest, LLC (Great AmericanӔ) Baby Photo Contest ("Contest") is open to legal residents of the United States and the District of Columbia, residing in the United States and the District of Columbia, who are (a) 18 years of age or older and (b) the parent or legal guardian of a child that is between 0-48 months of age at the time of entering the Contest.
However, we have a user soliciting votes for her child who doesn't meet the criteria. Her child was born on May 24,2004
The picture submitted is of a 'baby' but the child is no longer a baby.
I am really irked by this. Like a A LOT.
Thoughts?
Just delete the photo and explain to her why.
Or just post on the site "Your child is 57 months old, why are you entering her?"

Can't post comments on the other site and can't delete the photo from another site.
She is begging for votes here for another site - where her entry violates their rules.
Hmm... can't you tell her it's against our rules to solicit votes for a sire where she's breaking the rules?
OHHHHH! LOL! I'm on my first cuppa...
I'll just pm letting her know I was reading over things and realized that Castle is too old for the contest. I am sure it's not deliberate on her part and likely didn't realize.
There is an email for the site/contest on one of the pages. You could email them and report it.
It seems like she would have had to put in a birthdate or age or something, but I didn't take a look through the site that far to find the details.

She pm'd me back saying "OH MY GOODNESS!" said that a friend of hers told her about the contest and to enter Castle so she did and didn't even read the rules.
So all's well...:)
