B Moms

ok I have a little guy that Im am Guardian over and his mother will probably never get her stuff together to have him back with her. As Social workers what are some ways to approach her about TPR and adoption non threatingly so that she wont try to have him placed with a different gaurdian if she doesn't like my idea of a extremely open adoption ( she can be like an aunt)
