I don’t know anyone can help, but I thought I’d give it a try. I'm searching for my maternal birth mother and father.
I was born on August, 8th 1968 in West Covina, California. My birth mother at the time would have been 19. She is described as a college student, Caucasian (Scotch, Irish, German), 5’ 1”, with brown eyes, light golden hair, fair skin, petite build and oval face. She was looking into becoming a dental assistant.
My birth father was also a college student, Caucasian (Swedish, English), 6’ 2”, blonde, 19 at the time, was into art and sports. He is also listed as Status 1A for the draft and may have been later on.
My parents met in night school. My Mom worked as a waitress and my Dad was a parts driver. They drifted apart during my birth mother's pregnancy.
My mother had a younger brother that was 12 years old at the time of my birth. I also had a 22 year old Uncle from my father's side that was a pro baseball player and in the Marine Reserves.
My maternal parents felt they had no alternative to adoption and I was relinquished to my adoptive family on 8-12-68.
I've had a wonderful life with my adoptive parents and would like to meet my maternal parents. :thanks:

I'm still hopeful to find my birthparents. I spent 1200.00 on Omnitrace to assist me but they didn't provide anything valuable. People I wouldn't waste hard earned money on Omnitrace, they honestly told me it was too difficult to search through some lists I provided. Aren't they in the business of searching? Anyway, my adoptive Mother passed from Pancreatic Cancer and my Adoptive Father has Heart and Kidney failure so he may not be with me long. I'd love to find my birth family.

On one of those "people finder" sites, there is a Sandra Lee Stewart listed who is 62 years old, who has lived in Covina, CA at some point. I'm not sure how helpful those sites are, especially since Stewart isn't a very uncommon name :-/ Have you gotten any other information about you bparents since your last post?

DO NOT USE OMNITRACE!!!!! TOTAL RIPOFF. Use Kinsolving Investigations from the beginning and you'll get your information as I did.. Chris Lee is amazing. Now I have to work on how to contact my birthparents. The best way that is and most respectful as not to disrupt their lives too much. Suggestions?
