readoption

I live in GA and we adopted from Guatemala 3 years ago. WE didnt know or understand about the readoption process. Can anyone tell us if the process in GA can be done without an attorney or if you need to have an attorney? Thank you so much

I'm not in GA but I would suggest to you that you contact your county court or clerk office and ask about the process. The process is usually different for every county, you may or may not be required to file with an attorney.
