Congrats on the beginning of your adoption journey.
We recently submitted our Colombian dossier. We were originally going to submit it to one of the casas, but after submitting our dossier, our agency and contact in Colombia thought it would be best to go with ICBF. The wait with the casas has grown considerably. Also the casas are said to be under tighter scrutiny by ICBF.
