Searching for my half brother

I'm looking for my half brother Tony Albert Lee (birth name) born in la county at ucla hospital. Does any one know how to find some ones amended name? He was 4 when he was adopted so I don't think his adopted family would have changed it. His DOB is 11-8-90. He was adopted in Fairmont WV with my half sister Billiejean Marie lee. Our birth mothers name is Dondi M Gonsalez DOB 11-25-68. There Birth fathers name is Tony albert lee. If any one could help I would be truely thankful manda
