PM's aren't going through...

Due to the overwhelming amount of spam these days - we've had to make some restrictions. Users with less than 10 posts will have VERY limited access to features such as Private Messages, Chat, use of signatures, editing of profile fields.As spam 'bots' become more and more creative in their efforts, we've got to take more and more agressive measures.Users with less than 10 posts can have no more than 5 messages (inbox/sent items) in their box at a time.

Is that 10 posts a day or ten or more posts in their history as a member? Reason I'm asking is I have a whole lot more than 10 posts and so does anyone I've PM'd. I've found limited abilities to do things on this group recently outside of the PM thing too. I definitely do understand the need to keep the spybots and other things like that out of here. I think it's so ridiculous that they even exist. At least one of the people I tried to PM wrote me first. So, I'm not sure what's going on with this. But if it's a problem with my account could you let me know? Thanks Rylee

In order for me to really know what is going on, I need you to copy the error message and paste it here. If you both have over 10 posts, then there should be no reason why you can't PM, unless of course, you have to many PM's in your box. I see no reason why you should have a problem.

Brandy, I sent another message to one of the people that I got an email from that got that message and it went through (as far as I know anyway because there was no error message that time). When/if that happens again I'll send you a copy of it. Rylee
