everyone is saying she committed a crime. i'm not sure. should this be closed then if she has committed a crime by secretly taping the mother of her foster kids? what should i do?

I agree and the fact is we are not in position to determine if it's an illegal activity or not. There are a lot of loopholes in this type of situation so it's only something the authorities can determine.
She knows this is a public site and is assuming the risks of her posts.
